Group Fitness is a great way to meet new friends, step outside and get your heart rate pumping. Here at Waterfront Fitness our sessions will be mostly held at picturesque waterfront park locations at various meeting places along the famous Willamette river in Portland, OR.

Waterfront Fitness Group Exercise sessions aim to help you achieve your goals namingly but not limited to; improving fitness levels and having a whole lot of FUN! So if your goal is to tone up, lose body fat, lose weight, increase strength, increase endurance or to get out of your comfort zone, come and experience one of unique classes that will transform your mind and your body.

Our sessions are NOT based on 'shout a lot' military style workouts but instead our instructors will use encouragment, the energy of the outdoors, motivation of the group and will challenge your boundaries, stretch your imagination and bump your training level up a notch, regardless of your current fitness level.

Each session will last for 50mins. Including time for a warm-up and cool-down.

Reasons you can expect that our Group Fitness sessions will work for you is because they're based on progressive training principles delivered by some of the areas best qualified Trainers. Second, because they promote two key elements to fitness success: motivation and accountability.

You won't ever find yourself stuck in a rut or bored with our sessions as our trainers are all experienced in the field and have access to a unique library of workouts and session ideas. You will find that there will be some repition as there should be with any form of progressive exercise but you will also be introduced to many exciting new workouts and variations as you progress on a weekly basis. Be assured that your session will delivered in a professional manner and that our instructors aim is to help each and every individual reach their goals.
