    Corporate Boot Camp

    The Corporate Boot Camp Program is a great way to build company morale, teamwork, and staff productivity. One important aspect to this program is that it is very adaptable to your staff and we can accommodate any need. Additionally, the program is fully expandable in the sense that we are able to come to multiple corporate office locations, wherever they may be.

    The Details:
    What is it? The Corporate Boot Camp Program is a rigorous exercise program designed to get you in great shape and get you energized! Although the classes are run in a group setting, the workouts are actually very individualized and are geared specifically towards what your own level of conditioning is. Anyone can do this program, and everyone sees results!

    What are the workouts like?
    The workouts are structured to push everyone at their own level, so they are fun and rewarding for the person who may be the elite workout veteran and for the person who may just be "getting off the couch"! You also have two instructors out there who are excellent at what they do and know how to get you in shape. And because you're out there as a team and everyone is cheering you on, you have lots of motivation! We have incorporated some fun team building workouts as well in order to help foster interaction among employees and to build a stronger sense of camaraderie in the workplace. Additionally, every workout is different, so you'll never do the same workout twice while you are in the program. This way, your body will never have the chance to plateau!

    How often do the classes meet?
    We have three packages available:
    (1) 5 times per week (Monday through Friday)
    (2) 3 times per week (suggested: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
    (3) We can also customize the frequency to your wants and needs

    When do the classes meet?
    The meeting time(s) can be determined by sending out a survey to people interested in the program. We then take the majority vote and implement the program for that time slot. Popular time slots for businesses generally are:
    > Morning hours (usually somewhere between 6:00am and 8:30am)
    > Lunch Time hours (usually somewhere between 11:30am and 1:30pm)
    > Evening hours (usually somewhere between 5:00pm and 7:00pm)

    Where do the classes meet?
    We can come to you or you can come to us! The great thing about this program is convenience. We hold classes outside around your building and we utilize the surrounding area and campus of your facility. We come out and survey your site to determine the best location and areas to hold Boot Camp for you. Alternatively we have various convenient park locations you can choose from. During winter months we are also willing to use suitable indoor space at your facility.

    We would love to come out and show you what this program is all about by holding a free demonstration class at your location for you and your staff. This is a great way to gauge interest in the program and to get everyone together for a great, one hour workout!
